Five Goddesses every woman in Perimenopause should work with!
If you are in Perimenopause, you may have noticed that there are days when your life seems to go upside down or turn inside out.
Some days can be quite difficult, and we truly feel the need for stronger boundaries.
Other days, we feel full of rage, like we are burning from within… and I am not talking only about hot flashes. There is a powerful energy rising from the deepest part of us that is full of suppressed anger and that now wants a voice.
You have felt misunderstood or not taken seriously, even from those who should be qualified to help you.
There is a very deep vulnerability that comes with this passage; it’s like we are descending into our rawest power.
I have always walked with the Goddesses, but it was only with Perimenopause that I started to feel them in a very different way.
But let me be clear! These Goddesses aren’t here to fix you.
They’re here to walk beside you as you remember who you are.
Hekate | The Keeper of the Crossroads
Call upon Her when you feel misunderstood or not taken seriously. She helps you stand at the threshold and choose your own path, sovereign, seen, and led by your soul.
Lilith | The Untamed One
Call upon Her when they try to diminish or bully you. She reminds you that you don’t owe anyone your silence, obedience, or sweetness.
Kali | The Devourer of Illusions
Call upon Her when your sacred rage is burning you alive. She’ll teach you to burn what no longer serves, work with your anger and allow your truth to rise from the ashes.
Durga | The One Who Cannot Be Defeated
Call upon Her when you’re facing your hardest battles. She’ll stand by your side when you need protection, courage, and clarity in the storm.
And last but not least
Mother Mary | The Fierce Heart of the Divine Feminine.
Call upon her when you want to feel held, loved, and whole again. She wraps you in Grace, reminding you that you’re not broken. You’re becoming.
I know that for some women, some of these Goddesses seem very dark.
But this isn’t darkness you have to fear.
It’s the dark of the womb that allows you to give birth or maybe go back to yourself again.
Which Goddess resonates with you now? Let me know in the comments below.
