Energy Healing is Not the Only Answer!

Energetic cleansing doesn’t work on its own!


I can’t believe no one talks more about this! My ladies in perimenopause, please listen because although this is universally true (at least for me), this message is very important during these transition years.


Why? Because your body needs NOURISHMENT, NOT PUNISHMENT!


Energy work without physical body care it’s not going to work!


You can sage your house, clear your chakras and energy channels, and do all the energy cleanses in the world… But if your body is inflamed, overloaded with processed foods, sugar, or alcohol and junk your system can’t hold those higher frequencies.


Energy healing isn’t a shortcut. It should be part of a deeper alignment.


Your body is the vessel. It’s your grounding roots that keep you anchored to the Earth. If those roots are toxic, stagnant, or neglected, they can’t anchor the shifts you’re looking for.


If you want to cleanse your energy, start with your physical body. The basic practices are:


• Nourish your body with whole, living foods that have actual nutrients.


• Drink clean water (no alcohol or minerals), and contrary to popular belief, you don’t have to overload your body with litres of water per day. Drinking excessive amounts of water can actually weaken the kidneys, flush out essential electrolytes, and strain your system rather than support it. You can hydrate your body with what you eat. Fruits, vegetables, and whole foods naturally contain water and minerals that help your body stay balanced.


• Reduce stimulants and alcohol.


• Avoid processed junk.


• Allow time for exercise and time for rest.


When you honour your physical body, your energy field can respond very fast. This is the real integration work.


It can be uncomfortable at first, but it’s also where the real work begins.


Start from your roots, start from your body and love yourself enough to know that you can do it!
